IMO stands for “International Maritime Organization”. This certification is accepted worldwide by, among others, Loyds, Det Norske Veritas and many other organizations.

An IMO certificate is required for seagoing yachts, the off-shore industry and on passenger ships. Unfortunately, various authorities do not or hardly pay attention to compliance with such a certificate. Fortunately, this is changing and there are now various authorities that are alerted by the government to their controlling tasks.

Neptune has several qualitie mattresses  that can be provided with an IMO / MED certificate.

Unfortunately, IMO only pays attention to fire safety and not to durability and comfort, Neptune pays attention to fire safety, durability and certainly sleeping comfort.
