Neptune recycles mattresses and pillows

08 March 2021

Did you know that Neptune has been recycling old mattresses and pillows since it was founded in 1992? We compress old mattress cores and pillows into bales that are then transported to a company that processes them into carpet underlay. Our clean cutting waste is recycled separately. After it has been ground into flakes, it is processed into polypress plates that are used for, for example, a sturdy helm seat, sound insulation plates for engine rooms and judo mats.

So feel free to hand in your old mattresses to us!
